Some of the mares who are listed below are for sale and can be sold as a 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 package. Inquire for prices and availability. Please note some of these mares are not for sale, but their foals or future foals are for sale.  Most of the mares on this page are currently used in our trail riding business. They are quiet and level headed and cross creeks, bridges, mud, and are traffic safe. They are well broke and are great riding horses in addition to being proven broodmares. Some of these mares are suitable for children as well as adults.

All of our horses are very level headed, have straight legs, nice feet, and all-round good conformation. Most of our horses are homebred and raised which we feel gives us the ability to select mares and stallions who pass excellent conformation, gaits, and personalities. The horses that are home bred are all imprinted and are trained using natural horse training methods including de-spooking.
    All of the horses listed on this page are currently used on our farm for our trail riding business, and so our horses carry beginners through advanced riders of all ages.  They are ridden on trails, over bridges, across creeks, and along roads (and so are exposed to, and are safe around traffic). They are also exposed to four wheelers, farm tractors, weedwackers, mowers, and other farm equipment. Most of the horses have been on travel overnights. They all load, tie, and trailer well.

chaps chaps Home Raised, Leeway's Chaps: (D.O.B 4/29/97)Registered Appendix Quarter Horse Stallion.  Sire to all of our Young registered APHA & AQHA Stock.  Chaps is the last colt from our TB stallion who had provided the foundation of our breeding program that started in the 70's. His sire, Leeway, was built more like a QH than a TB.  He was a great natured stallion with tons of athleticism and intelligence.  We are very grateful that Chaps has inherited his sire's qualities.   Click here to see more of him.

Faith is a very sweet mare with a great disposition.  She has been ridden on the trails and has very nice gaits. Faith is a line bred wisecamp mare whose sire is wisecamp branded.  She is very correct, has a great head, and great conformation. She would make a great show prospect for cow work, WP, English classes or just a great trail mount. Faith is a very sweet mare who is a pleasure to ride.
