13 Stall Barn for Rent in East Coventry located in Northern Chester County.
This farm can be rented as a 4 stall barn, 9 stall barn or both to make the 13 stall barn.  
 
Recently I have been contacted by several individuals that aren't serious about renting the barns.  I will spell this out clearly for all to see in advance. 
The barn in East Coventry is for rent (option 1) at $200/ stall @ 9 stalls so the rent is $1,800.00/ month. (Option 2) at $200/stall @ 4 stalls so the rent is $800.00/ month.  In order to move in, there is a $3,800 security deposit, first month rent and last month rent.  The barn in Glenmoore is for rent at $200/ stall @ 10 stalls so the rent is $2,000.00/ month.  In order to move in, there is a$2,800 security deposit, first month rent and last month rent. Renter is responsible for electric, trash and manure removal. All applicants are required to fill out an application and there is a $25 application fee.
