- There is a $4,000 security deposit
- First month rent
- Last month rent which can be paid as interest free
installments
- All applicants are required to fill out an application. There
is a $30 application fee.
Renter is responsible for electric, trash, mowing, weed whacking,
emptying porta-potty and manure removal.
